I do not think I have ever written a review about anything in my life, but after my terrible experience I feel like I would do other mother's a disservice by not speaking out. I was a long time client of this salon. I have spent countless hours and my hard earned money to get waxes lashes and nails done over the years. I could not find a sitter so I brought my newborn baby with me for the first time. I called and asked if that was ok. They said yes. He slept during the entire pedicure but started to cry while a male tech was doing my nails. I had to give him a bottle and shake his carseat. This went on for a few minutes. The tech Donnie suddenly jumps up and says he will not do my nails because of this. He says he is done. He gets up and walks out to the back where he and the staff start laughing. The owner sees this all. She says she will get another tech to do my nails. Then she says the other tech refuses because I have my baby. I burst into tears. All I needed was a quick moment to get my baby quiet. Anywho. The owner shows no sympathy considering how great of a customer I have been over the years. I called another salon in the area who gladly provided my service WITH the baby. I say that to say avoid this place. The spirit is mean. They have no shame. Just awful! I will never return.
