The best customer service I have ever received at a dry cleaners. I have been using them since I moved to Nolensville. The work they do is great, always meet the committed return date, and many times will actually walk your clothes out to your car for you. I mean what more could you ask for? And, somehow they even remember your name. 100% recommend this business.

Millcreek SAVED the day!I starting using Millcreek when I moved here for comforter cleaning and general dry cleaning needs. I am always impressed with their service and attention to detail. Which is why I’m so mad at myself for trying another local dry cleaner for alterations for my daughters prom dress based on a recommendation. That other dry cleaner charged us $180 at pickup which shocked me considering the level of work it needed, but I paid the bill and headed home. When I got home I was stunned to realize they didn’t even fix the hole at the zipper or do the straps right. On top of it the dress smelled horribly of food. I get my shirts dry cleaned regularly for work. Paul has been friendly, efficient, and professional during my first few visits here. I enjoy talking with him. If you haven’t tried this new business in town, I recommend giving it a try.
