The whole team is AMAZING! Everyone treats you like family, and I am not even talking about how they care for my fur babies! Each person at Mill Creek Vet was Awesome - From the first phone call to the follow up after! Each person was kind, empathetic and respectful to me and my pets with genuine concern. What I appreciated most was the care I received for me as a person who was worried about my sick cat. I know they will care for my pets, but the human compassion and decency made me feel safe and validated as a concerned pet owner. This allowed me to be emotionally stable for my sick kitty! Excellent as always. Everyone at this office is phenomenal. We will always recommend this office for all our friends animal needs! What I appreciated most is the fact I called last minute about something I was worried was causing my sweet kitty pain and you guys saw me right away, so last minute. When I called as I was frantic because it was 315pm on a Wednesday and I live a half hour from the vet, I was told to take my time and drive safe and that if I thought I would be there after 4 when I was driving then to just call back. Dr. Manos and her team are great. They make us feel very welcome and are so caring in how they handle and treat our cat. Dr. Manos was very helpful in providing us with information to help manage our cat's anxiety
