Before I started working with Kate, I had very little confidence in myself and achieving my goals. I have been pregnant or breastfeeding basically nonstop for over six years, including suffering a miscarriage. My life and body felt out of control.Though the journey has been difficult and has required discipline and acceptance that it will take longer than I want, it has been worth it.
