“First about the owner Ben. We just moved back to Nashville and I didn't know who to trust as for the last 3+ years I have had the same person. I was 3 months overdue and really needed a haircut bad and my schedule needed special circumstances to be seen. Within seconds of talking to Ben on the phone, I knew first off I wanted to shake his hand and thank him for his service and his commitment to our country, It's not my story to tell for him, I'll leave that to him. He mentioned he needed to wait approximately a month before he would be back to work so I decided I would just try and trim/thin out my hair a bit because I clearly wanted to wait for Ben. I did mess up my hair a bit but was able to hide most of it and I called Ben to see if I could schedule the moment he was ready and much to my delight he was able to move up his time frame within 3 days. Ben the barber - location was extremely easy and convenient. All I did was tell him the way you see it is the way I wear it and I like it to just kind of lay down. We both laughed a little bit about what I did to my hair and he pointed out some things he needed to do to help correct it. All I can tell you is I felt very comfortable and didn't even worry, of course when he was done it was perfect, I am not exaggerating it was exactly what I wanted. Thank you Ben! I hope neither of us move because I don't want to have to change!“
