Hands down, the worst Walmart in the eastern part of the state. If you go to literally any other county around Newport, you'll be better off. It's absolutely worth the drive to go to Morristown, or Greenville, or Sevierville. The store in Newport will leave you wishing you had went somewhere else

The ONLY reason I am giving this place a one star is if I don't system will not allow me to put in comments. This Wal-Mart AUTO center is horrible , customer service is the worst I have seen in the many years in the Automotive Repair Industry. I stood there for 10 minutes only to not get acknowledged by 2 technicians. Finally got help after about 15 minutes by someone and even that associate seemed lost. Not her fault she got thrown into this without even clocking yet. I ordered tires online , had them delivered to this Wal-Mart with the full intentions on getting them installed there. Tuesday Night August 14, 2018 My Husband was driving through on the way to the Carolinas and had a bad blowout. After calling around Walmart was the only option still open. They agreed to wait for him to get there. They took the job even after the 5:30 cutoff and replaced/balanced two new tires. Great customer service. Thanks Wayne forstaying late to get him back on the road!
