Travis installed a 2.5 ton heat pump for us .His work is excellent and his attention to details is superb. we would highly recommend him if you need a heat pump or any work on your existing unit.

Hands down some of the best service I have ever received! Not only was Tami very helpful she was sympathetic to my situation and knew exactly what I needed. We had some scheduling conflicts on my end but Rocky Top was able to squeeze me in and provide the service I required. I came home to find a leak from upstairs had made its way to the basement. I made a call to Nice and Clean to ask for help. They were there within an hour of calling them. Brandon helped with the initial clean up and then started to investigate the damage. He was able to pinpoint how far the water had spread and created a game plan to dry the subfloor. Over the next week, Brandon was able to completely dry the subfloor. Brandon's final inspection was in depth as the first. He was able to confirm the water had been dried completely. Thanks to the quick responsiveness, I wont have to worry about the subfloor being damaged.
Went to pick up some last minute Valentines Day gifts and the ladies was so helpful and nice took the time at closing to make sure I got everything I needed. Even helped carry everything out to my car and helped put it in. The prices were great and the candy bouquets and boxes with the bears were beautiful. I highly recommend. I normally don’t go here, so this is my first impression! They have fantastic service. Inside is like a 90’s cosmo magazine. It’s quiet and relaxing, I just got a fill in. I had a woman do mine, I didn’t get her name but you could tell she had been doing nails for a long time. She was very attentive and detail oriented. Took her time and was confident in what she was doing. I didn’t feel rushed, it was a great experience. I will say they are more traditional and don’t have a lot of modernization in their gel polish, so if simple and elegant is your thing this is your place! Nonetheless she did an amazing job and I loved the service.

This was the best AC company! My AC has been having issues the last few weeks, I had a different company out 4 times in the last 5 weeks and they claim to fix it, only for it to breakdown a few days later (it's only a 5 year old unit) I called Crown Heating & Air and the owner was very quick with a response and had me scheduled immediately. He showed up early this next morning and had my AC back up and running in 10 minutes, told me to reach out if anything further happens with it. He was very professional. I will definitely use them again in the future.

If I could give more stars I'd do it! Glenita the owner of the salon has never disappointed myself or my mom! She's very skilled at what she does & her many years of experience definitely shows in the final results! I started going to her when I was a little girl with my mom (mom always made sure to let me get my hair done too anytime she was). Glenita has permed, straightened(relaxer), colored, highlighted, lowlighted, all over bleached, and cut my hair in 20+ different styles, not 1 time has something gone aray!! I've truly appreciated not having to worry when choosing Glenita to do my hair!

I had an a/c cooling issue with my property. Some rooms were warmer than other rooms. Gregg's Heating & Air did an excellent job fixing the cooling issue. They adjusted many of the existing flexible ducts to the rooms and added an additional duct to a bedroom. They also installed an electronic air filter that even filters out viruses. They also did a great job cleaning up after they were done.

Tommy and his crew just finished a big job for me and I couldn't be more pleased. The project was a road, 3/4 miles long with hundreds of huge trees in the way and slopes up to 30 degrees to get up to my build site.
The things that stood out to me were:
1. Professionalism. I relied on his decades of experience throughout the entire project, which was challenging from the very start. He brought up many considerations I would've never thought of, saving me lots of money and hassle in the years to come. When there were tough decisions about which way I wanted to proceed, I often just told him, "Tell me how you would do it if this were your road." I learned to trust his judgement very quickly.
2. Value. Alhough his prices aren't "cheap", I felt like I got a great deal done for what I paid. Almost every conversation we had touched on how to save me money while still doing things the right way.
3. Communication. Even though I live out of state for now, I always knew what was happening on the work site. Since I couldn't get there very often, he would even send me photos and videos of the work.
4. Trustworthiness. If he said he would do something, it got done. I didn't have to keep checking up on him.
5. Transparency. I got more of a detailed breakdown of my costs than I even needed. He never tried to charge me for any work that hadn't already been completed to my satisfaction.
Overall, I would recommend Tommy without hesitation. I even consider him a friend now after getting to know him over the last year. I'll be using him again soon as well.
