This was THE MOST painless wax I've ever had!! It was my first time to WTC. Everyone was so nice. Jess did an amazing job! I will definitely be back for all my waxing appointments!

Short and sweet review to shout out stellar customer service from Caroline! I'd been to this location a couple of times before, but my most recent experience solidified this as my go-to waxing spot. I was in desperate need of an eyebrow touchup, and had 20 minutes in-between weekday errands. I called Waxing the City and said "I know it's a long shot, but is there any chance you have an opening right now?" Caroline was incredibly kind over the phone, and told me to come on in! I was in and out for my service in 15 minutes, and Caroline did a masterful job. I especially appreciate how she asked if there were any particular spots I wanted fixed after she'd wrapped up.
