This is so long overdue. We worked with Bryan on a renovation and addition from January to September of 2022. From before it started to after it finished, Bryan was professional, patient, and kind. We ended up refinancing with a loan that required additional hoops for Bryan to jump through, and he was timely and thorough in all that was asked of him by the lender. Also, Bryan's initial estimate only veered when he uncovered some prior damage to the house and when we altered what we wanted, there were no surprises.

We worked with Veler & Co on our East Nashville upstairs renovation and are very pleased with the work! Our house is 100+ years old and came with lots of challenges, but Brian and team were able to add a (gorgeous) new bathroom to the space and open the overall space concept to be more functional (and look good) for our growing family. Veler & Co came up with some creative solutions to our space, and really helped problem solve to make the space work well. We had some hiccups (broken parts/pieces) and project add-ons and Veler & Co was *still* able to complete the project on time -- in a very tight timeframe, I might add! Highly recommend.

Bryan Veler and his team renovated two bathrooms for us this Winter and we are extremely pleased with the results. He helped me with the pre-construction planning and the sourcing so that all the decisions were made ahead of time, with no surprises along the way. Their carpentry, drywall, tiling, and painting was top-notch, and we were very pleased with the electrical and plumbing subs he brought in, too. Bryan's team left a very clean work-site every evening, after putting in loooong days on the job.
