Normally I love Vanderbilt but this place is awful. Front desk was rude. Then they were mad we came early to my appointment. Waited additional 2 hours then found out they will not do my bloodwork. I had to go to the er to get my bloodwork and it ended up being normal. The waiting room and patient rooms was pitiful.
The ladies up front are always very kind and welcoming, the providers are fine, but the true star is Ruthie (nurse). She is friendly, personable, and goes above and beyond to see that my daughter is happy during the visit, even when she’s not the patient.
I love this Walk In clinic. I have used it 3 times when I was sick and once when my granddaughter was very sick with a stomach virus. The nurses(I love Joni) and Dr's are great and take the time to be throughout.
