Our company has been doing business with United Rental for several years, and the service has always been great. The UR staff and salespeople made it easy to set up a rental, delivery is always prompt, and any problems with a piece of equipment are resolved in a very timely manner.
When United bought Franklin Rentals, you acquired one of the best representatives in the industry, Ken Faust. He is ALWAYS attentive and responds quickly and with concise information, making sure that we get what we need to perform our work. Ken IS our equipment representative and, as long as he is with United, we will continue to use United Rentals for our equipment rental needs.
Reserving the equipment was a good experience and towers were delivered at the agreed upon time but only one worked as expected. The other one worked for 1 hour and we were not able to restart it.
