Great, customer service! I asked for helped when need and lady who helped me ( petite with black hair) was a doll! My cashier Sydney is definitely a girls girl, awesome customer service from both!

Love coming to this ulta. The employees are always very helpful and extremely nice. 5 Stars for the employees.
But the reason for the 3 stars is:
It’s been extremely hot the past couple of visits. I’ve heard multiple customers complain. The poor employees are sweating in there. They said that they have to put in a request with the company to have the air changed?! These are not good working conditions. Take care of your employees ulta. They shouldn’t be working in a sweat shop.

Kayla was absolutely amazing!!!! Very sweet and helpful. She helped my mother and I find some new fragrances. She absolutely knew her stuff. Everyone at the store was welcoming. Out of all the Ulta stores I've been to the Bellevue location is the best!
