For the most part, my experience with Claudia has been great. She’s very professional, nonjudgmental (I had a really bad experience with European wax ladies being rude), and good at what she does. I have been going to her for about 2 years now with no issues except for this last time. After my appointment, I got a stye in my eye and my leg got a cellulitis infection which triggered an immune response requiring treatment with antibiotics and steroids. Which was unfortunate as I had upcoming travel for a big wedding and was sick during most of it. I usually wax my own legs but decided to give this place a try. I will be back and am telling everyone I know how amazing she is! I was so comfortable the whole time and she was very thorough.
Claudia simply the Best. She is friendly and as Nice as can be. She always makes you feel welcome and do anything she can to make sure you're taking care of. She even squeezed my daughter in this past weekend for her first visit
