The level of service and expertise of the two gentlemen from Total Home Solutions was nothing short of superb. I would give them6 stars were it possible. They were polite, courteous, quick and incredibly effective. At a time when one questions if Customer Service is truly a thing of the past, Total Home Solutions proves that it is absolutely alive and well in 2023.
Sean and Brett were professional, friendly and timely. Great communication and the finished product looks great! The remote blinds gives more privacy and extends our living space to the outdoors.
Worked with Music City Daylighting. Dawn was very helpful and quick about answering questions. The guy who installed our solar tube - whose name I embarrassingly forget - was very professional. He was in and out fairly quickly and was patient with my questions. We're happy with the final product. Would recommend to others.
