The Song Spot is the perfect spot for lessons! Dana made me feel instantly comfortable and welcomed during my guitar skills assessment, and Jay eased into teaching me how to play some beautiful melodies on my guitar. I recommend taking lessons with anyone here under Dana's guidance, and I look forward to returning when I can!
Our daughter is a senior in high school and wants to pursue a BFA in Musical Theater. She has been a competitive dancer for several years, and she has performed in school musicals. However, singing is not her strong suit. She took voice lessons from Dana this past year to prepare for her college auditions, and was accepted into her top choice of schools! Dana is not only an excellent teacher who puts an emphasis on vocal health, but is also flexible with busy high school students. We HIGHLY recommend Dana and The Song Spot!
Been taking voice/songwriting lessons with Daniel for a little less than a year. The progress I have made in my songwriting is incredible! I also sing with much more confidence now. I've also had the pleasure of being able to record my songs with Spencer. He does a great job of making the studio seem less intimidating for a musician who is not used to recording. Overall my experience at the song spot has been amazing!
