DO NOT USE THEM! They quoted us $2,000 to kill and stop the mold we had in our basement from coming back. 3 months later they were out for something else and called to let me know that we had absolutely awful mold in our basement and need to get it taken care of as soon as possible. When I told them that was their faulty job they quoted us an additional $7,500 to complete the job. We had no other options since we were going to lose the initial $2,000 we already paid. The technicians are good but the company is horrible. They will steal your money from your account without you authorizing and make up an excuse of how they are not able to refund it back. I was suppose to be switched to monthly payments in July 2023 and was charged for a quarterly payment twice one for July and August for which I was only refunded for one payment for August and not the other (which took weeks to get although being told the manager would reach out to me whom never did) if I wouldn’t have kept calling I believe I probably wouldn’t have got that refund.
