DO NOT USE THEM! They quoted us $2,000 to kill and stop the mold we had in our basement from coming back. 3 months later they were out for something else and called to let me know that we had absolutely awful mold in our basement and need to get it taken care of as soon as possible. When I told them that was their faulty job they quoted us an additional $7,500 to complete the job. We had no other options since we were going to lose the initial $2,000 we already paid. They showed up at the house two weeks later with no scheduled appt, did not call after to walk me through what they completed, will not return my calls after I have called every day for the past 5 days, and gave my number to a electrical company that is asking to come do work at my my house that I don't even know what it is for. Any other company would treat their paying customers way better than this.
The technicians are good but the company is horrible. They will steal your money from your account without you authorizing and make up an excuse of how they are not able to refund it back. I was suppose to be switched to monthly payments in July 2023 and was charged for a quarterly payment twice one for July and August for which I was only refunded for one payment for August and not the other (which took weeks to get although being told the manager would reach out to me whom never did) if I wouldn’t have kept calling I believe I probably wouldn’t have got that refund. I cancelled my account and had only had a technician come out once in July even though they drafted a quarterly payment. If you are drafted for a quarterly payment that means a quarterly payment worth of services not just one day. I asked to have this prorated since my account was suppose to be on monthly payments anyways and I only received one service and was told Terminix will not be able to refund my money. This is STEALING at its finest. I am still waiting on a call from the manager/supervisor.
