Went on NYE to leave all the tension behind in 2025. Best decision I could’ve made to ring in the new year feeling refreshed. From the moment I walked in I felt relaxed. I was greeted by Connor at the door who has an amazing cool, calm, and professional vibe. It was perfect from the smells to the decorations to the warm dim lighting all the way to the relaxing music in every room. Being able to pick and choose the things I wanted done instead of having to book a full blown day package was the best! They built my wants and needs into their schedule. When having to wait a short bit for my next service they have a cozy room with snacks and tea.

TORI WAS AMAZING! Great massage from her. She had the perfect balance of knowing when to talk and have a conversation to when I wanted some silence without me having to say anything! She nailed it on the focus points I told her about. I also really liked how she told me what she was doing while working out tough spots on my back. She was explaining why my body was doing what it was doing and ways to help myself in the future. I liked hearing all of this information, but I know if I had wanted silence she would’ve easily obliged. Cannot recommend Tori enough!

Then I had a facial with Kaitlin who was equally AMAZING! She also was telling me about my skin and gave great tips for bettering myself in the future. My skin has never looked better in my entire LIFE!

“I'm a Nashville local - received a gift card and redeemed for an eyebrow wax and 60-min custom facial. The service with Kimberly was very nice and my brows look nicer than they have in a while (typically do them myself at home). Some overall feedback: I had to wait ~20 minutes past my appointment time even though they asked me to arrive 10 mins early for forms (there were no forms). The facial itself was relaxing. I tend to get a bit of redness that flares up during a facial but it was significantly more during this treatment. Think it was a combination of the waxing light/heat along with the warm table. It also seemed that many of the products used made my face tingle. She mentioned that would happen but again, it didn't help my redness that I mentioned prior. With a gift card, it was definitely a nice treat. However, after being a member at Face Foundrie in the Gulch for years, in my opinion, you can get a similar quality facial there for quite a bit less (especially with their membership plans).“

“I just want to give a 5/5 star review. I accidentally went to the wrong door for my appointment, and I met Porsha. She wasn’t open, but she told me to come back after my hair and she would get me in for my eyebrows. Immediately, I felt so welcomed, and she had the big sister energy that I just needed this morning. I felt really guilty having these appointments, but she listened to me and told me I needed to take care of myself, so I could take care of others. It was almost therapeutic. She was gentle with my skin and used products to reduce irritation to my face. She uses a low temperature wax and good quality ingredients. She has a private studio that was comfortable and affordable pricing. I highly recommend.“

“I was having pretty severe neck pain due to painful knots and muscle spasms. I was able to make a same day appointment, just late in the afternoon. There is street parking available, as it's a downtown location. My husband was able to just drop me off at the door though! I was greeted promptly, directed to the very nice bathroom/changing room that has a fluffy robe and shoes (I just wore my own slippers I brought). Lots of things in there for you to freshen up with after your massage, including showers! I was offered a drink and ordered some tea and was led to a beautifully serene waiting room. This is where I filled out my paperwork. There also were a few snacks offered! Michelle was amazing from start to finish. I appreciate they ask before if you want quiet or conversation, so it's not awkward if you just want silence! She was so incredible - I left being able to move my neck and a month later have no pain still! Worth every penny.“

Bamford is a gorgeous spa that is a cozy, chic retreat away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The whole spa exudes calm and relaxation. From the amazing ladies at check-in (shout out to Kristina who was just lovely), to my amazing therapist Lacie, the whole experience was just what I needed. I decided on a custom massage, and Lacie was great. I highly recommend her. The women's locker room has a sauna and steam room, and while they are small, I had it to myself first thing in the morning.“
