On 3/13/23 I spoke with Trish H. who was pleasant and patient to speak with. I had to do some research on the account and call her back with my offer. 3 hours later I’m still trying to get back in touch with Trish but kept getting put on hold and transferred to 3 other associates. I payed the settlement amount and was told to wait 10 days for the verification letter to confirm with the credit bureau. Will update my review.
