The plumber I had to come to my home was Christen. He was very professional and he completed the task in a timely manner. He went out of his way to make sure everything was done correctly. And I really appreciate all he did. Not only did I have to have garbage disposal
Replaced, I also had to have a new faucet set . I am thankful that they came out the 1st day within an hour then they had to order the parts and he told me the parts will be here on Thursday as he showed up early and he has taken care of everything period with his professionalism. I recommend using Christen with Roto Rooter .
Reuben was excellent. Quickly assessed the problem and gave me some options and their respective costs. He set about to complete the job quickly. He then assessed the overall status of the pipes and again gave options on how to address the underlying problem.
Our Service Tech Christian was very nice and explained what we needed to do to solve our problem. He got the problem fixed very quickly. We appreciate the great service, Christian! I would highly recommend Roto- Rooter!
