Went into the hermitage location on September 19, 2023, as was needing a new set put on. The place I normally go to is thirty minutes away and needed something closer to home with the timing I had. The woman took me asked what I wanted I told her all white on all nails except ring finger covered in rhinestones on each hand she said ok. She rushes through them when I showed her the length I wanted she told me to long she rushed through them only put a few rhinestones on my ring finger nails. She filed them square then asked me you like square right? No that’s not what I wanted. They are bumpy uneven have bubbles on them, have nail polish left on my skin. Then charged... read full review

It's been 5 or 6 year's I have been going here and will always go here as long they stay open. However, I do miss Lilly and Diane. In the meantime, My & Tim does a good job.

WARNING... If you want to risk infection then go ahead and go here but before I started getting my nails done there was another lady getting a manicure before me. He did not change the towel after her and used many of the same tools and didn't clean them off in any type of way. He cut my finger with the buffing block in 3 different spots and messed up my design horribly. This is what I got and what I asked for
