After working with Rachel for only a month and a half, I have started to see real results! I have lost about a pound every week and my strength has improved. Rachel has a gift for keeping me motivated and hard at work during our sessions. She brings something new to every session and she’s taken all the misery out of exercising. If you are looking to jump start an exercise regimen, I highly recommend Rachel as your personal trainer.
