Justin was great in helping me on this health journey. He was always there when I needed him and gave me great suggestions. He showed me what I was and wasn’t doing correctly. I actually was able to accomplish the goals that I have been trying to accomplish for years. It’s the small changes that add up.

Justin is AMAZING!!! When I moved to Nashville I was looking for someone to guide me to eating better but I didn’t know I’d find so much more! Justin is great at helping you set goals and never stops encouraging you to achieve them. His approach is taking things step by step and creating healthy habits you can sustain. His encouragement and positive self talk helps me crush my goals and pushes me to work harder when I fall short. He has taught me that it’s not about restriction, but moderation and bettering yourself a little every day. He’s an all around solid dude and his program really works! 10/10 would recommend
