When we started, we set goals and she catered the workouts to my fitness level. Each week she increases my challenge and notes how much I’ve progressed. Libby has made it fun and easy to make working out a priority!“

95 White Bridge Rd, Nashville“Rebecca is a skilled practitioner and a fabulous person. She really takes the time to ask caring and thoughtful questions, and addresses her patients from a holistic perspective focused on healing. She taught me some great leg strengthening exercises with a pilates ring, and how to use the cube to get into those tight, hard-to-reach places. She provided a safe space to express emotion, which I believe has contributed greatly to being able to accept chronic pain and learning to live with it as a guest instead of an enemy. Most of all, she believed me and my pain before I got an EDS diagnosis and never insinuated that I was overreacting or anxiety-ridden. She actually was the first to bring up EDS as a possibility. I am very grateful to have found her services and expertise - a gem of a person in Nashville!!“

2805 Azalea Pl, Nashville“I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Gillette and his staff. I will brag and refer anyone and everyone who will listen. They will make sure you get taken care of (almost always with a smile and maybe some new laugh wrinkles). Brandon who usually is at the front desk when I arrive, I'm convinced, has a photographic memory; greets me by name every time, always asks what I'm up to and makes a point to ask about something mentioned on my last visit. Now for Dr. Gillette... the man is a saint in my opinion. I don't know how I would have gotten through the last five years without him. I had only ever been one Chiropractor before and was terrified of going to someone new. He is very kind and patient (both with me as a patient on the table and me talking his ear off to which he listens attentively and with amusement). I was rear-ended pretty bad back in 2019 and found him on google. I was having a lot of neck pain and headaches, he listened to me and was careful with my adjustments and the first visit alone made me finally be able to start sleeping again after two weeks. Since then he has helped me through other road bumps including two emergency walk-ins after slipping a rib. He listens when I tell him how my body feels or if I think something doesn't quite sit right (whether another adjustment that visit or doing a stretch to help my muscle release since I have chronic muscle tension issues). He was also amazing at taking care of me when I switched to a fully remote position and educating me on proper posture. When I have needed massage therapy, he listens to what I tell him I'm feeling and asks what kind of massage I think might help and he directs me to the massage therapist best suited for my needs and what their speciality is. He is also the only clinic that I have been to that sells Thorne supplements. The NAIC and Lions Mane work great and are about the same price as if you purchased online. To top everything off, he has a little french bulldog who is deaf that he brings in to help patients (not to mention is absolutely adorable).“

2001 Woodmont Blvd, Nashville“Mpower in Brentwood with Maddie and Victoria have been exceptional! I credit them along with surgeon Dr. Raab for a speedy recovery. They're kind, compassionate, yet firm to guide the right physical training (PT) to make life normal and painfreee again. Maddie is a cause and effect genius. She can find the root cause of pain or discomfort and apply solutions to make it better.“

I’ve been to multiple chiropractors in different states—Florida, Georgia, and Tennessee—and Action Spine and Joint is by far the best facility where I’ve received care. I’m very excited for my journey of healing here!“
