Ok, ok. So this was the wife's idea. We got a 60 minute "treatment" which is to say, foot massage. As much as we had been walking it felt good but I do not subscribe to "the benefit of reflexology." We were sitting upright, my wife tells me the local place she goes to you lay face down. There is no ceiling and the front is open to a rather busy mall so it is noisy which does not help with the relaxation part of the "treatment." I will say, I was very glad we had just gotten pedicures before the trip!

I had an excellent massage. I was having muscle spasms in back, they took care . If you are going for a feel good not your place. But if you are looking for deep tissue massage they do excellent work. When I come to Nashville I will be coming back. If I wouldn't have had the massage my weekend would have been ruined. Thank you again for the excellent massage.

Before I even start this is REFLEXOLOGY this isn't a spa or massage parlor these people use reflexology it's different but it's great(If you have problems with how hard they're massaging you just speak up..and let them know it's too harsh make sure you relax your body or it won't do as it was intended use a translator app if you have a problem getting them to understand) as for me I got a 20 minute reflexology massage my upper half.and it was really good I didn't realize how tense I was! I almost fell asleep the guy even popped my back too ? I'd give 10 stars if I could! Definitely coming back for sure! actually pretty decently priced for a walk in without an appointment!
