“God brought me to the man of my prayers a couple years ago - Yesterday we decided to honor God in the fullness of that blessing of one another. I scrolled and passed several mobile notary services when Ms. Vickie stuck out to me. I wasn't certain we would obtain the license, and she was willingly on standby for us. She met us and performed a beautifully unexpected ceremony on the fly that brought me to tears.
