I will never go to another dentist again!!! Dr. Rushing and her team are the absolute BEST. My body literally panics at the thought of going to the dentist. I was extremely comfortable at my appointment, and everyone was so friendly. When I scheduled my appointment, I had some issues with insurance. Yvonne, the patient coordinator, spent nearly 30 minutes on the phone trying to help me and communicate with my insurance company. Throughout the process she was so kind, and she genuinely wanted to make sure I understood what my costs would be. Once I got in the office, Cynthia cleaned my teeth. As she was cleaning and inspecting, she explained everything she found and gave me tips. It felt good to know what she was doing along the way. At other dentists, they clean your teeth and don’t say much until the dentist comes in. However, that was not the case here. Dr. Rushing was awesome as well. I explained my anxiety, and she made sure she did all she could do to make me comfortable. I searched and searched for a dentist that was good with dental anxiety before I came across this office. if you panic about going like I do, schedule your appointment with Dr. Rushing. I PROMISE you will not regret it!!!!!!!!
I had my routine teeth cleaning yesterday. I have to admit that I was a little apprehensive about going to my appointment due to the Covid-19 pandemic. But - I have been a patient of The Nashville Smile Team for many years and I totally trust them! Dr. Rushing and her team have always adhered to all CDC/ADA/OSHA recommendations and guidelines. Because of the pandemic, they have put even more precautions in place to minimize risks. While I was there, they followed their protocol perfectly -both for me and for theIr team - before during and after my cleaning. Believe me - as a RN - I was watching. Kudos to this awesome team!! I felt very safe and comfortable being there. Thank y’all for all you do! Anyone needing a great dentist give The Nashville Smile Team a call! You won’t be disappointed.
