    This company has been so incredible during quarantine. Even with the barriers of having to stay home they have managed to keep a consistent effort in keeping us all healthy and strong. They go above and beyond for their people. Their workouts are challenging enough for those who workout regularly but inviting enough for those just starting out. I highly recommend them to all looking to start or continue their fitness goals! Jackie and Jess, thank you!

    I absolutely love Jackie & Jess! When I started, I was looking for a trainer that would push/challenge me but also one who was caring and understanding. I found all of that in Jess and so much more! I started with a pulled a muscle (from a previous workout injury) that I had been struggling with for months. Not only did Jess educate me on the injury, she also showed me how to help heal it. All in all, NPT Co. is a community that I am so happy to be apart of. The workouts are challenging yet fun 😅 and they know how to adapt it to your body type and skill level. I urge you to try them if you are looking for a safe, results driven and fun place to master your fitness goals! I’ve seen so many positive changes physically but more importantly, mentally i feel so much more confident in my ability to stay active and fit!

    Nashville Personal Training Co. has been the best personal training experience I’ve ever had! At the end of last year I was rehabbing an injury with physical therapy. I started training with Jackie this year and from day one she knew exactly what to do to transition from physical therapy to fitness training, knowing how much to push me in each session, so I can get back to running 1/2 marathons. She quickly adapts workouts and/or certain exercises to how my body feels and is reacting that day. That only comes with experience and a great education. It’s a challenging 30 mins, but I’ve yet to leave a session not wanting to come back. PROS: - Private Fitness Studio - Flexible rescheduling/cancelation if 24h’s in advance. - Don’t have to pay for a gym membership. - Has showers, if I workout during the day - Can come in 15 mins before/after to stretch and warm up - First session is free. CONS: - Close to my work, but not my home, so it’s hard to make it to the Sat. group fitness class that’s only $10 - Doesn’t have all the equipment and perks a gym would, if that is something you really want, but honestly, they have everything you need to get your butt kicked AND your not paying the cost of a gym membership on top of a trainer.
