Jenny was amazing !!! Hate she's moving !!! Peyton was patient and helped me always with a smile !!! Last but not least Shelby always helps me with everything !!!! Couldn't leave without a crewneck !!! I can't say enough about this place !!!

This was my third time at Nashville Med Spa and I've loved every visit!! This time I got half a syringe of filler done by Pooja Patel and she was amazing! She made sure I was comfortable and informed throughout the entire process and was extremely friendly. 10/10 recommend!!

Excellent for filler & Botox/ Dysport. I've visited Nurse Catherine in both the Nashville and Brentwood locations and both times she did an exceptional job, leaving my face looking naturally refreshed and with a natural plump lip (I'm not into over-filler). Catherine was professional, joyful, and very knowledgeable about the services I requested. Shelby the owner, and all the staff member, are beautiful and lovely spirited ladies that make you feel welcomed from the moment you walk in.
