He was very professional and diagnosed the problem right away (a previous repair job from another company). He finished the job in a timely manner and now we have heat! After having been quoted an extraordinary amount of money to replace a toilet after fixing a cracked flange, I was told to call Myers. I have new plumbers now! Mike and Eli were fabulous. They took care of everything. They made sure that everything was done properly and they didn’t have to do half of the exorbitant amount of work that the other company had said I was going to need. What really stood out to me was how involved the owner, Stokley, was—he personally spent time with me on the phone to go over the details of the equipment and the installation notes to make sure everything was done correctly and looked great too.
