I happen to be the Manager of the apartments located at 1818 Church St. THIS IS NOT A LOCK SMITH!!! We have been bombarded with individuals asking if we are this business. We are a multi-family property. This is not only frustrating but is incredibly unprofessional on the part of whom ever holds this business. Please correct immediately to avoid furthur legal actions. I've been trying to reach Midtown Locksmith for the last 4 days to centering my deadbolt that was installed crooked in late August. I've been hung up on twice and no one has responded to my voice mails. I am severely disappointed that there are business owners in this amazing city that do not take pride in their workmanship or respond to customers in a timely manner. Not likely to recommend.
