Came to Micom bc our keyboard was not working. Ayman took a look and did a reboot and got it working. He was so kind he got us working at no charge. We will definitely be back for future service.

I scheduled to come in for help with a pegged CPU on a pretty new Dell laptop. I told them what I was experiencing, the steps I'd already taken. He suggested what I should do next and what he'd charge to do the work. Then he suggested I could do it myself. I offered to pay him for his consultation and he refused. Very helpful, very nice, and very classy! Thanks for the help. I'll send anyone I know your way. Great Local Business!

I recommend Micom without reservation. My all-in-one Dell Inspiron failed to start. Dell diagnostics stated that the hard drive had failed and no replacement was available. The guys at Micom were able to install a new solid state drive and were able to recover all the data from the failed drive. The computer works beautifully and is much faster than it was before. Thank you Micom.
