I took them a large and very wrinkled linen tablecloth, and it came back looking very nice. Before leaving it, I spoke with a very nice employee who explained how their business works. When I was notified by email that my tablecloth was ready, I decided to try the automated pickup. It was easy, and went smoothly. I love that customers do not have to get to the cleaners during business hours unless they need to talk with an employee.
This place is so cool - it was my first time using an automated system like that and I screwed up by putting the wrong bag number in. The attendant in back (didn't catch her name) was so kind and helped me fix it. I had no issues picking up. My pants came out perfect. Will definitely be back!
I was worried about the automated system versus having people to talk to but that has actually worked out great. And also I get to have people if there's an issue during certain parts of every day. I've never had any problem but it's nice to know that's an option. 10 out of 10
