If you want to experience healing on a soul level, THIS is the place to go. The overwhelming love I've experienced at Kundalini Rising Yoga is immeasurable. I started coming to this studio a little under a year ago and my life has not been the same since. I've never written a review for a business before, but the overwhelming love and light I've received from the beautiful humans at Kundalini Rising Yoga has inspired me to tell everyone about this place. Do yourself a favor and come to one of their classes. You will not regret it.
The best yoga studio I have been to in Nashville. Recently completed my Level 1 Teacher Training here. Coming from LA where there are thousands of studios I was lucky to find this center, Crystelle and the wonderful community that make up Kundalini Rising. You will always leave feeling elevated and in high spirits!
If you live Kundalini Yoga you have found the right place. This studio is the real deal. He vibe is so beautiful. My favorite class is Bethany Joy's Naam Yoga on Mondays and Thursdays at 10 am. So much love in that room , it sets me straight every time and gives me a great workout.
