I just had my bachelorette in Nashville and we took a self-defense class here called the ASSERT class. I cannot express how incredible Cat, Liz and Dmitri were for our group. They worked with me while I was organizing this months in advance and truly wanted to make it a special experience. They were so knowledgeable and so relatable at the same time. The class has a degree of stress as it should, but no one is forced to do things they are not comfortable with or are physically unable to do. My mom and future mother-in-law were with us and the instructors helped make it work for them with any handicaps they may have. I cannot express how great this experience they made this for us! I could not recommend more!
