My experience is always a five. The staff there is amazing. Dr. Shay is wonderful. My anxiety going to the dentist is a little bit better for sure Dr Seay really makes you feel welcome and cares for you
I just got back from the dentist and had a great experience. They were so friendly and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. The office was clean and modern, and they took the time to explain everything they were doing. The doctor recommended different options for me to choose which way I would like to proceed.
Office staff always pleasant & helpful. Doctor is so patient & explains everything before he does it. Dental assistant pleasant & patient when you are fearful. Hygienist has always been pleasant, taking time to explain everything. I have many crowns by several different dentists. The ones I had done at Jonquil Family Dental have been the best by far. Excellent fit from day one & never had an issue with them. There are plenty of dentists in Murfreesboro. But as long as I have teeth & Jonquil is in business, I will make the drive to Nashville!
