Complementing that is the extraordinary service exemplified by Mr. Rizzo. I had sent a Christmas gift to my daughter-in-law that was stolen off of her front porch. As soon as I discovered this, I called Vincent Peach and thankfully Mr. Rizzo answered the phone. Without hesitation he assured me he would follow through and resolve the problem. And needless to say, he was true to his word. He was caring and attentive and immediately worked to replace the stolen earrings without any added stress. Mr. Rizzo, kept me informed, followed up, texted me with updates. This is true customer service! What more can you ask for?
