First time getting a massage and Angela made it an enjoyable and memorable experience,my job is physically demanding and she helped relieve my muscles so I can work harder this week will be coming back asap!!!
I've never had a massage before in my life, and impact sports massage showed me what I've been missing. My job is very physical and extremely hard on my body, so I'm almost always sore and stiff. One of ny co-workers recommended impact sports, I decided to give it a shot, and it was definitely money well spent. If you decide to go, try and get Angela, she freaking rocks.
Angela is hands down one of the best massage therapists in Nashville. I came in with chronic shoulder pain and she went straight to the areas I needed attention. Also, her deep tissue is true deep work. I am so grateful for her work.
