I've always loved taking care of people. My grandparents owned a nursing home in Lewisburg TN. I was there 12 years of my life and slept upstairs. Now in my adult life I continue to love taking care of people. Home Instead allows me to do that while earning a paycheck.

I am a caregiver, working with clients is very rewarding. Not only are you helping someone who needs help it is also self rewarding. You feel so much better about yourself at night knowing you did your best that day

I have really enjoyed the meeting elder clients through Home Instead and serving their needs. The job gives flexibility for my own home and family as well. I am able to work hard and take care of others yet read a book as well. I can tell them my available hours and they will work within that framework rather than imposing what I must do when. My job with Home Instead allows me to care for my children or work around their school schedule. They are terrific to work with.
