High quality and well built cabinets, terrible customer service and communication. They've done two sets of cabinets for me. The first project went very well so I elected to work with them again. It's been a few years and the people who worked on my first job were gone. Unfortunately the new group was nowhere near the standard I expected for the prices they charge.Poor communication, forgetting about key elements of my project, and trying to upcharge me for providing no additional value are a sampling of the problems I had. We hired them to put a small set of cabinets in our home and it's coming up on a year and a half and the job is still not completed. I understand being busy, and we were warned it would take a year to get started, but that doesn't excuse the last 6 months of a series of mistakes from the shelves being the wrong size, the hardware wrong (and still not installed), the metal work incorrect and having to have them cutting wood in the front of our home with dust everywhere and workers in and out for weeks fixing the fireplace surround because they didn't measure things properly in the first place. We drove all the way over to Nashville from Memphis to meet with Erin Hurst about a Galley sink for our kitchen remodel. She was excellent AND honest about what we needed with the sink and her demonstration of what it could do to enhance our kitchen remodel was really good, we were sold!
