It was within walking distance of the conrad where we stayed and she was able to blow out and curl my hair under 40 minutes (which is impressive considering my think hair). “I’ve had Mai doing my nails for 22 years. I moved during our relationship so now it takes 40 minutes. Inspite I of passing many nail salons on my way, I come to Virtue. I used to have issues with my nails breaking in < 2 weeks, inconsistent service and staff that didn’t seem to care about customer service. I am so happy with my experience and service. I love them“

“Update as of 2/24/25: I spoke with the customer service rep who called me about my review; she explained the measures the company is taking to improve their reliability, including online self-scheduling, better staffing, and a new location in the greater Nashville area. I also had 2 months credited, which made it right IMO. I am hopeful to see improvements; if my next several appts actually happen, I’ll be a happy customer again. Updating to 4 stars.

Update as of 2/10/25: I’ve had more appts cancelled than completed at this location. Staffing is clearly an issue. I’ve been a client for over a year now, and this has been a consistent problem that seems to be resolved for a couple of months (meaning my appts will actually happen) but then it’s right back to them cancelling my appts 3 or 4 days out due to “staffing”. I love the service and the staff, but I would never recommend this company simply due to the unreliable service availability.

Love the people and the service, all really great and I’m seeing good results after 6 visits (started seeing results after 2 and it’s just gotten better each time). My only complaint would be how difficult it can be to schedule and keep an appointment. For a couple of months, I had 3 appointments cancelled in a row and it was super frustrating, but I think that was mainly due to being understaffed. I’ve had no issues since my last 2 appointments. Would recommend!“
