Always so helpful and nice! I get their shampoo & conditioners as well, recommended by staff. They are popular for good reason so there will be a decent wait on weekends. (~45 min usually on wknd)

I’ve had many great experiences at this great clips establishment. I’ve had many barbers there. And I’ve also had zero complaints for many years. But the last time I went was a disaster. My last cut involved a fade on the sides and that was horrible. It was a very uneven and wasn’t level on the back. Not to mention the belly fat rubbing against my arms on the arm rests, that was uncomfortable to say the least. I didn’t complain in store because I didn’t feel like making a scene and I’ll just get my hair fixed someplace else.Does this experience dictate how I feel about the whole establishment? I've been going here for over a year. Everyone is solid and I have nothing but praises for the people that work at this location.Shout out to Kelly. Took my 19 month old son with me to get his haircut this past Friday and she did great. This is his 4th haircut now (first time at Great Clips) and the first time he did not scream bloody murder the whole time. He actually didn't cry at all and I think it has everything to do with her. She played CocoMelon on her phone to help keep him calm.Anyways, highly recommend Kelly for children's hair cuts. She is awesome!
