The excellent Gibson technicians repaired and restored my husband’s 1971 Les Paul. We couldn’t be happier with the results. They even provided a loaner guitar which was unexpected and very appreciated.

These guys are miracle workers. My grandfather's 1952 ES-125 was in rough shape. I got the guitar in 1993 and it never really played right, and was only getting worse over time. They put on new frets, new nut, planed the fretboard and it now intonates perfect. This is the first time I've gotten notes above the 10th fret to to sustain clearly. They also fixed up the guitar structurally after the guitar got a little banged around in shipping. The guitar is now rock solid and I guessing it will last many more decades. If you have a guitar that needs special attention to detail, the time and cost is worth it, they did an amazing job.

I want to thank Gibson Repair and Restoration for helping me resolve a problem with my Les Paul Standard Guitar. The customer service employees were very helpful and friendly and paid for the shipping cost to Nashville and back to me..which was a great help financially! The cause of my needed repair was hard to determine for sure, but Gibson repaired it as a customer courtesy and the space between the neck and fretboard is now corrected. I very much appreciated Gibson helping me out!
