Had used them for a fence previously. They were fast and responsive during the purchase but the double gate installed has never worked properly. It blows open with any wind...while my next door neighbors gate is never affected. Have called and text repeatedly with promises to fix unfulfilled. We called our HOA who is contracted with Fence Unlimited, I have called for months on end and left voicemails after voicemail, no one even bothered to return a call. When I was finally able to get someone on the phone I spoke with Charles and he said he will be out first thing Tuesday morning to get me a quote. Come Tuesday morning no one showed up, I called and I was told my appointment was Tuesday at 3 pm. No one showed up and I have been calling ever since no one is answering the phone. I have left numerous voicemails yet again and still no response. I just don't get how companies like Lowe's or HOAs still use these guys. This is the most ridiculous company I have ever tried to do business with. Fence unlimited is truly unlimited with bull s**** These people are pathological liars, don't do business with them and I will call my HOA to make sure these people won't ever do any work in my community. Save yourself headaches and money and don't do business with these liars
