The guy I dealt with was Rafael. He came out to do the work the next day on a vanity. Well my wife had bought the wrong one and he showed me the issue. He didn't complain or make me feel stupid and then only charged me $40 for coming out though he had already done quite a bit of work prior to discovering that. So I ended up quickly finding one and he came back the next day and installed it and only charged me a hundred bucks, which was awesome considering every other contractor I've dealt with has seemingly charged much more for what they did. I have to admit I started off skeptical because of the language barrier and he seemed standoffish at first, but they did a great job quickly and charged a more-than-reasonable rate
