Ellen is the best massage therapist I have ever had! After hundreds of massages around the world, I’m really thankful I’ve found Ellen. I have a pinched nerve in my neck, and some pretty bad shoulder issues, and she is making life more tolerable, and at this point the nerve in my neck feels almost totally normal. Shes absolutely a joy to work with!

Her studio in East Nashville is super calm and welcoming, and every session leaves me feeling refreshed. She offers a free phone consultation beforehand, which is such a nice touch to talk through what you need before your first session.
