“Slava was great. Rather than just pressuring me to buy a new dishwasher he took the time to inform me of all of my options and then try to actually fix it. Turns outs the motor was just jammed and was easy to fix. Way cheaper than a new dishwasher. I really appreciate his courtesy and integrity. I have rental homes and I use Sears home services a lot to keep appliances going rather than blindly replacing them. I would recommend them to anyone.“
