My favorite hot yoga studio! Really well priced and Great variety of classes and times and different instruction types. I personally love the heated flows for a good workout. I like that they have showers and locker rooms as well.

Have started going to classes here regularly over the past couple of months. They hire some really talented (and really nice!) instructors here. Each of them has their own unique teaching style, which makes it feel like there is always a variety, even if I am going to two or three flow classes a week. Cannot forget about the cold lavender towels - such a great reward at the end of every class! I would consider it my new yoga "home" for the remaining time that I will be here in Nashville and cannot wait to check out more classes!

It's a fantastic studio with great instructors who are excellent at guiding yogis of all shapes, sizes, ages, and abilities. I feel welcomed and challenged (in a good way) every time I attend a session. The space is clean and modern.
