There are times when details are missed or basic standards aren't met. For example, we've had several issues with not having enough or being out of toilet paper in some of the bathrooms which should NEVER happen! Also, sometimes paper towels haven't been filled up. Most of these issues have been ironed out but teaching a better attention to the details would be helpful. Overall I'm satisfied with the service.

City Wide handles the cleaning services at our retail store. We are extremely satisfied with the crew that handles our store as well as the operations team. Not only do they handle our normal services, but have been able to handle other items that come up that are unforeseen. I highly recommend.
