I would like to Thank Carlos Locksmith for the service I received today. I called two other locksmith in the Murfreesboro area and was told that I would get a call back but no one ever contacted me back.When I contacted Carlos Locksmith, I was contacted back within an hour of my call to them. Great customer service. The technician that I had was Bryant he was awesome and very patient with me. Completing the booking was very easy and straightforward. Carlos saved me when I was out of town and got a notification of water on my kitchen floor! Thank goodness it was a false alarm but Carlos came within the hour and let my neighbor in to check on things, and he was able to open the door so quickly! I’m saving his number forever and I can’t thank him enough!
